Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users who access or use the 3qqee platform, regardless of how they reach it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application. Your continued use of the site after any amendments to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

3qqee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation. The Company's decisions in all matters related to gameplay, bonuses, and account management are final.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 3qqee platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. Providing false information regarding any of these points will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting and gambling activities are not prohibited by law.
• You must register only one personal account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and whenever requested by the Company for KYC verification purposes.

Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 3qqee. Registration requires providing a valid mobile number or email address, a unique username, and a secure password. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawal requests.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3qqee will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to protect login credentials:

• Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it periodically for maximum account protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3qqee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via leading local mobile financial services. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Supported payment channels include:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile money service for fast and reliable deposits.
• Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office, accepted for all deposit amounts.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — accepted for deposits by registered DBBL Rocket account holders.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Players must meet applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to prevent money laundering.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳20,000.
• Funds that have been credited as promotional bonuses must satisfy stated rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

3qqee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out below. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of these bonus terms:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players upon completing their first qualifying deposit. Standard wagering requirements apply before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Reload bonuses and free spins may be offered periodically to active players. These promotions are time-limited and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if abuse or manipulation of bonus systems is detected.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable rollover requirement has been fully satisfied.

Betting & Gaming Rules

• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or altered by the player once accepted.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game, 3qqee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players without paying winnings.
• Cricket betting markets including match result, top batsman, total runs, and live in-play markets are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Cricket page.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type are set by the Company and may vary. Players should review current payout limits in their account settings or by contacting support.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3qqee platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, loopholes, or glitches to obtain funds or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Using the platform for money laundering, funding of illegal activities, or any transaction designed to circumvent Bangladeshi financial laws.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing or spot-fixing discussions, or sharing inside information relating to any sporting event offered on the platform.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3qqee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 3qqee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content from this platform is strictly prohibited.

The 3qqee name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the registered property of the Company. You may not use any of these marks in any manner without prior written consent from 3qqee.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3qqee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its services. Specific exclusions include but are not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

3qqee reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 3qqee platform following any posted changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which 3qqee operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. 3qqee is committed to fair dispute resolution and will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
